  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivery will take 3-5 working days for standard delivery.

 

  • Where is my order?

When your order is ready to dispatch, we'll email to let you know. You can then track your order for regular updates.

 

  • I have a discount code, but can't find the discount code box?

Once you have started the checkout process, you will see the option to add a discount code in the order summary section. 

 

  • Can I return items?

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please view the shipping and returns section for more information.

 

  • Can I change or edit my order?

As soon as you place your order, it is processed within 24 hours. Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

 

  • I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please head over to our Contact Us section.
